Four Wheel Drive Victoria is currently seeking an Administration and Training Coordinator to join our team.
This is a 5 day per week, office-based position reporting to the FWDV CEO. The successful person will be responsible for providing administrative support to the CEO, Projects & Events Officer, Accounts Officer and RTO Compliance Officer and have experience in administration, email and Microsoft Office. Experience in the use of Xero accounting package and VETtrak, our student management system is preferable however training can also be provided. You will need to have excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively whilst working independently and in a team environment. An interest in four wheel driving, camping and Victoria’s great outdoors would be a great advantage.
